Victoria, BC, October 1, 2024 – Farm to School BC (F2SBC) is pleased to announce that K-12 schools across British Columbia can now apply for up to $1,000 in funding for their next food literacy project. F2SBC’s annual grants program is designed to support new and established school initiatives that encourage students to explore, learn, and grow through food.

“We are dedicating half of our funding to First Nations, rural, and remote schools, in hopes of empowering a diversity of schools to engage in projects that address the unique needs of their communities. While these projects may start with bite-sized goals, we anticipate no shortage of big impacts!”
Roanne Whitticase, F2SBC Grants Coordinator

F2SBC is accepting grant applications from October 1 to November 22, 2024, until 11:59 PM PST. For more information on eligibility and how to apply visit www.farmtoschoolbc.ca/grants or contact grants@nullfarmtoschoolbc.ca.
