Expression of Interest
Farm to School BC Project Funding

We’re inviting Expressions of Interest for a $1,000 school grant to support projects that empower schools to cultivate food literacy and inspire K–12 students to explore, learn, and grow through hands-on food experiences. 

We are accepting applications on a rolling basis through to December 2026. As funding becomes available throughout the year, we will randomly select from this group of applicants. The selected schools will be invited to complete a short follow-up application with a few more details about their projects.

We encourage all K-12 schools, including First Nations, Rural, and Remote schools, to apply.

• Rural schools: in communities with a population of less than 20,000.
• Remote schools: in communities with a population of less than 1,000
• First Nations schools: a school located on-reserve and operated and administered by one or more First Nations in BC.

Farm to School BC is actively seeking sponsorship opportunities to support schools. Your responses will determine how we connect you with available funding.

a) Contact Permission: Do you consent to F2SBC contacting you about grant or funding opportunities related to this project in the future? We will file your EOI until December 31, 2026. *

b) Public Promotion: Do you consent to F2SBC publicly promoting the school name, location, and the project summary you provided to potential funders for the purpose of securing support? *
